Photoshop G5 Patch Ab sofort steht bei Adobe das "Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1 G5 Processor Plug-in update für Mac OS X" zum kostenlosen Download ( 1,4 Megabyte ) zur Verfügung. Viele Funktionen werden damit auf einem PowerMac G5 mit dem neuen 64-bit Chip PowerPC G5 von IBM und Apple beschleunigt.
Der Patch aktualisiert das AltiVecCore Plug-in auf Version 7.0.3 und ersetzt die Adobe Color Engine (ACECarbonLib). Eine gültige Installation von Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1 wird vorausgesetzt.
